Cancer Response Team, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering families with alternative awareness, and providing financial assistance for children who have been diagnosed with cancer, and who chose to integrate complementary modalities into their treatment plans. An evidence based integrative approach to cancer has the potential to reduce side effects and improve effectiveness; ultimately improving both quality of life and prognosis. Unfortunately, some complementary therapies and treatments are often not covered by traditional insurance policies.
