Care Fund is a non-profit foundation serving families in the state of Arizona. We pay rent or mortgage payments for families who have a child under the age of 18 who has an extended illness or injury. We have a two part application process for both the family and medical professional to complete. Payments are made directly to the landlord or mortgage holder and all family applications are treated individually and in complete confidence. All forms are found on our website or may be requested via email.
